Intended Use
• The device is intended to be used for balance training.
• The device can be used to make exercises such as press-ups or knee bends more
intense.
• The maximum loading capacity for the device is 150 kg.
• People who have concerns about their health and fi tness or belong to a risk group,
have cardiovascular or orthopaedic problems should consult a doctor before using
the device and if necessary coordinate their training programme with them.
• Women should not use the device during pregnancy, or only after consultation with
their doctor.
• The device is not suitable for therapeutic purposes!
• The device should only be used as described in these instructions. Any other use is
deemed to be improper.
• The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
