LA COCCIÓN CON SU KAMADO
Su nuevo Kamado de Vision Grills es el equipo completo de cocción al aire libre que le permite dorar, asar a la parrilla y
ahumar todo tipo de alimentos. Para mejores resultados, le recomendamos usar carbón natural a granel hecho de maderas
duras. Comparado con las briquetas, los carbones naturales prenden con más rapidez, queman más limpio, alcanzan mayores
temperaturas y producen menos cenizas. Además, las sobras de carbón natural pueden volver a usarse. Antes de encender de
nuevo el asador, dé golpecitos al carbón para desprender el exceso de ceniza. Vacíe el asador de cenizas con regularidad, pero
solamente cuando el asador esté frío.
Encender su asador Vision Kamado es rápido y sencillo: abra la tapa del asador, abra bien los respiraderos superior e inferior,
llene el fogón con suciente carbón como para cubrir las ventanillas, prenda el carbón con un encendedor eléctrico u otro
encendedor aprobado para asadores. Cuando varios carbones estén ardiendo, espárzalos uniformemente, cierre la tapa, ajuste
los respiraderos superior e inferior y espere a que el Kamado alcance la temperatura de cocción deseada. Si es necesario,
agregue más carbón con la función de parrilla volteadora, siempre cuidando de no quemarse con la comida o la parrilla caliente.
