vom Alter, Trainingszustand und persönlichen Fitnesszielen. Die
Trainingsherzfrequenz sollte in einem Bereich von 55 % bis 85 % Ihrer
maximalen Pulsrate liegen. Nutzen Sie diese Grafik, um Ihre
Zielfrequenzzone zu ermitteln.
BEISPIEL:
Ein 30 - jähriger Mensch hat eine geschätzte maximale Herzfrequenz von
190 (siehe Formel).
220–30 = 190
Anhand der Grafik hat diese Person eine Herzfrequenz-Zielzone von
104 - 161. Das sind 55 % - 85 % von 190.
