Cuando el motor está en marcha la tensión del alternador
aumenta, cuando Vstarter sube por encima de Venable, se inicia la
carga.
1 2:
Debido a la corriente de carga se producirá una caída de tensión
a lo largo del cable de entrada (Vcable), esta tensión reduce la
tensión en la entrada del cargador (VIN). Mientras VIN
permanezca por encima de Vtest, la carga estará habilitada.
2 3:
Si VIN cae por debajo de Vtest, se inicia la «secuencia de
detección de motor en marcha». Cada 2 minutos el cargador se
pausa durante 10 segundos para medir la tensión. Sin flujo de
corriente, VIN es igual a Vstarter, si VIN es superior a Vtest, la carga
continuará. Mientras permanezca en este estado, el test se
realizará cada 2 minutos.
3 4:
Durante la secuencia de detección, VIN cae por debajo de Vtest,
esto significa que el motor se ha parado y la carga debe
detenerse, la secuencia de carga se pausa.
4 5:
VIN sube por encima de Venable, las secuencias de carga
continúan.
