De BMV wordt niet automatisch gesynchroniseerd
Een mogelijkheid is dat de accu nooit volledig wordt opgeladen.
De andere mogelijkheid is dat de instelling voor de laadspanning moet
worden verlaagd en/of de staartstroom moet worden verhoogd.
Zie paragraaf 4.2.1.
De BMV synchroniseert te vroeg
In zonnesystemen of andere toepassingen met schommelende
laadstromen kunnen de volgende maatregelen worden getroffen om de
kans te verkleinen dat de BMV voortijdig naar een laadstatus van 100%
gaat resetten:
c) Verhoog de “geladen” spanning naar slechts iets onder de absorptielaadspanning
(bijvoorbeeld: 14,2 V in geval van een 14,4 V absorptielaadspanning).
d) Verhoog de “geladen” detectietijd en/of verlaag de staartstroom om een voortijdige reset
door passerende wolken te voorkomen.

De symbolen synchronisatie en accu knipperen
Dit betekent dat de accu niet synchroniseert. Laad de accu's op en de
BMV zou dan automatisch moeten synchroniseren. Als dat niet werkt,
controleer dan de synchronisatie-instellingen. Of als u weet dat de accu
volledig is opgeladen, maar u niet wilt wachten tot de BMV synchroniseert:
houd dan de knoppen omhoog en omlaag tegelijkertijd ingedrukt tot u een
pieptoon hoort.
