Veuillez lire attentivement les dispositions suivantes avant toute utilisation du système de navigation portable ViaMichelin que vous avez acheté.
Ce dernier vous est fourni avec des logiciels dont l’utilisation est soumise à une licence qui est concédée par ViaMichelin et / ou par des fournisseurs
tiers, à l’acheteur initial, utilisateur final (ci-après « Vous »), pour ses besoins propres, et conformément au contrat de licence de logiciel ci-dessous.
CONTRAT DE LICENCE DE LOGICIEL
L’utilisation des logiciels inclus dans le produit ViaMichelin vaut acceptation par Vous du présent contrat. Si Vous n’acceptez pas les dispositions
du présent contrat, veuillez retourner à votre vendeur - dans un délai maximum de trente (30) jours suivant votre achat - le produit
ViaMichelin non utilisé et complet (matériel, accessoires, logiciels et documentation avec leurs emballages) afin d’en obtenir le remboursement
intégral, le ticket de caisse faisant foi.
Notez que ViaMichelin Navigation n’est pas compatible avec le système d’exploitation
