3.2.5 Workgroups
Er bestaan twee typen werkgroepen ; publieke(public) en persoonlijke(personal).
Of u ze beiden ziet hangt af van de rechten die u van uw systeembeheer heeft gekregen.
De publieke werkgroepen worden aangemaakt en beheerd door uw systeembeheerder.
U kunt uw eigen werkgroepen definieeren om eenvoudig meerdere mensen tegelijkertijd te
kunnen bellen of voicemail naar toe door te sturen. Tevens kan de werkgroep gebruikt worden
om tabbladen aan te maken in het rechtervenster van de Call monitor (extension pane). Via de
tabbladen is dan een onderverdeling te maken van gebruikers op uw systeem(bijvoorbeeld per
afdeling).
Indien u de werkgroepen gebruikt om als tabblad zichtbaar te maken in de Extension Pane,
kunt u ope en werkgroep rechts klikken en de optie „show as tab in extensions view‟ activeren
of deactiveren.
Op die manier maakt u een tabblad zichtbaar of onzichtbaar in de Extension Pane. (Dit geldt
zowel voor public als voor persoonlijke werkgroepen).
