Het doorverbinden door te slepen gaat als volgt:
Blind doorverbinden kunt u doen door met de linkermuistoets op het gesprek te klikken en de
linkermuistoets vast te houden. Vervolgens beweegt u de muis(u heeft de linkermuistoets nog
steeds ingedrukt) naar het scherm waarin de status van uw collega‟s is afgebeeld, en laat u de
linkermuistoets los boven de persoon naar wie u wilt doorverbinden. U heeft het gesprek nu
doorverbonden.
Supervised doorverbinden doet u op exact dezelfde methode als het blind doorverbinden,
echter houdt u nu voordat u met de linkermuistoets op het gesprek klikt en de linkermuistoets
ingedrukt houdt eerst op de CTRL-toets op het toetsenbord. U houdt de CTRL-toets ingedrukt
totdat u de linkermuistoets heeft los gelaten(dit doet u pas nadat de muispijl boven uw collega
staat naar wie u wilt doorverbinden) nadat u de linkermuistoets heeft losgelaten ziet u
onderstaand scherm in uw beeld verschijnen om de doorverbind actie helemaal af te ronden.
2.2.3 Uitgaand bellen
Het uitbellen via Hello! Televantage kan op dezelfde manier als u reeds gewend bent met uw
huidige telefooncentrale. Dat wil zeggen, u kunt andere mensen of bedrijven eenvoudig
telefonisch bereiken door het gewenste nummer in te toetsen op uw telefoontoestel.
Daarnaast is het mogelijk om gebruik te maken van het „Dial‟ venster rechtsbovenin de
ViewPoint.
In dit venster kunt u eenvoudig een intern of extern nummer intoetsen (let op: een extra nul
(0) is hier niet nodig). Nadat u het nummer ingetoetst heeft drukt u op <Enter> en het uw
toestel gaat over. Nadat u het belsignaal op uw toestel beantwoord heeft door de hoorn op te
nemen of uw headset te activeren zal het nummer gebeld worden.
Naast het invoeren van „gewoon‟ een nummer kunt u ook direct de naam van een
contactpersoon of een collega intoetsen.
