Als er een foutmelding verschijnt nadat u op „OK‟ heeft geklikt, kunt u op de knop
„options >>‟ klikken en verschijnt onderstaand venster
In dit venster controleert u het Station ID, de Servernaam en tevens controleert u nogmaals uw
gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord.
Het Station ID van uw toestel kunt u achterhalen door *0 te toetsen op uw telefoon.
Uw toestelpositie wordt dan uitgesproken samen met uw intern telefoonnummer.
Is de servernaam niet bij u bekend dan kunt u contact opnemen met uw systeembeheerder.
U kunt de servernaam en uw toestelpositie evenals uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord op de
laatste pagina van deze handleiding noteren.
1.2 Viewpoint indeling
Voordat verder ingegaan wordt op de telefonie handelingen zal in dit hoofdstuk kort een
overzicht gegeven worden van de verschillende vensters die Hello! Televantage Viewpoint
kent.
Er kan voor een van de verschillende vensters gekozen worden middels een keuze in de
linkerbalk in de viewpoint. De keuze wordt daarbij gemaakt door op een van de onderste
snelkeuze knoppen te klikken, vervolgens kan in het bovenste venster (Favorite Folders)
gekozen worden voor een sub catagorie.
