For hems, curtains, trousers, skirts, etc.
Blind hem for stretch fabrics.
Blind hem/ lingerie for firm fabrics.
Note:
It takes practice to sew blind hems.
Always make a sewing test first.
Blind Hem:
Turn up the hem to the desired width and
press. Fold back (as shown in Fig. 1)
against the right side of the fabric with the
top edge of the hem extending about 7
mm (1/4") to the right side of the folded
fabric.
Start to sew slowly on the fold, making
sure the needle touches slightly the folded
top to catch one or two fabric threads. (2)
Unfold the fabric when hemming is
completed and press.
Lingerie Stitch:
Turn up the hem to the desired width and
press. Place fabric right side up with edge
of hem to the left. Begin sewing so the
needle swings off the left edge of the
fabric to form a small scallop. Tightening
the tension slightly will produce a deeper
scallop.
Pour ourlets , rideaux , pantalons, jupes , etc.

Remarque:
Il faut de la pratique pour coudre des ourlets
aveugles . Toujours faire un essai de couture
en premier.
Ourlet invisible :
Tourner jusqu'à l'ourlet à la largeur désirée et
appuyez sur. Rabattre (comme représenté sur
la Fig. 1) contre le côté droit du tissu avec le
bord supérieur de l'ourlet se prolongeant
d'environ 7 mm (1/4 ") sur le côté droit du tissu
plié.
Commencez à coudre lentement sur le pli , en
vous assurant que l'aiguille touche légèrement
le haut plié pour attraper un ou deux fils de
tissu . ( 2 )
Déplier le tissu lorsque ourlets est terminé et
appuyez sur.
Lingerie Stitch:
Tourner jusqu'à l'ourlet à la largeur désirée et
appuyez sur. Placez le tissu côté droit avec
bord de l'ourlet à gauche. Commencer à coudre
de sorte que les sautes d' aiguille du bord
gauche de la toile pour former un petit pétoncle.
Serrage légèrement la tension va produire un
pétoncle plus profond.

Blinde zoom voor elastische stoffen.
Blinde zoom voor stevige stoffen.
Notitie:
Het duurt oefenen om blinde zomen naaien.
maak een naai -test altijd voorop.
Blind Hem :
Zet de zoom op de gewenste breedte en druk
op. Vouw ( zie fig . 1 ) tegen de rechterzijde van
de stof met de bovenrand van de zoom uitstrekt
rond 7 mm (1/4 ") aan de rechterzijde van de
gevouwen stof .
Start om langzaam te naaien op de vouw , zorg
ervoor dat de naald raakt lichtjes de gevouwen
top te vangen één of twee nylon draden . ( 2 )
Vouw de stof wanneer zomen is voltooid en
druk op.
Lingerie Stitch :
Zet de zoom op de gewenste breedte en druk
op. Leg de stof met de goede kant op met de
rand van de zoom naar links. Begin naaien
zodat de naald schommels van de linkerrand
van de stof om een kleine sint-jakobsschelp te
vormen. Aanscherping van de spanning
enigszins zal een diepere schulp te produceren
