Note:
Please be advised that the filter unit is specially intended to remove dirt and other fine particulates
from your pool. The filter unit alone will not keep your water crystal clear and fully sanitized. Proper
and adequate daily chemical treatment is required for water care, please consult local specialty
store.
Trouble-shooting Guide
Problem
Solution
Motor runs, but does
not pump water or
water flow is very
slow.
A. Check whether the outlet hose inside pool wall is obstructed.
B. Check whether the water level of the pool is too low to
result in the bad pumping.
C. Check whether filter cartridge is blocked with dirty, thus
affecting water inflow. If so, either replace or clean the
cartridge.
D. Check whether the outflow hose is folded or squeezed.
If so, flatten it.
E. Consult local pool supplier.
Filter does not
clean pool.
A. Adjust chlorine and pH level.
B. Check whether cartridge is broken or blocked. If so,
clean or replace filter cartridge.
C. Allow filter unit run longer.
D. Check whether the water inlet of the filter is blocked.
Clear the blocking if blocked.
E. Check whether the outflow hose is folded or squeezed.
If so, flatten it.
F. Consult local pool supplier.
A. Check the filter cartridge. If it is dirty, clean or replace it.
B. Check whether the motor is too hot. If so, stop it and then
restarts it after it cools down.
C. Check whether the water level of the pool is too low to
result in the bad pumping.
D. Check whether the outflow hose is folded or squeezed.
If so, flatten it.
E. Consult local pool supplier.
Filter unit is noisy.
