5.3.1 CV-aanvoer en CV-retour aansluiten

1. Plaats telkens een platte afdichting in de onderhouds-

kranen (Vaillant toebehoren).

2. Schroef de onderhoudskranen aan aanvoer- en retour-

aansluiting (1) van de pompgroep.

3. Schroef de onderhoudskranen aan de voorhanden in-

stallatie.

– Diameter verwarmingsleiding: 1 1/4″

5.3.2 Expansievat installeren

1. Installeer een expansievat aan de aansluiting (1) in de

retour.

– Aansluiting aan pompgroep: 1/2″

Voorwaarden: Gebruik van een systeemscheiding

– Grootte expansievat: ≥ 10 l

2. Controleer of de inhoud van het expansievat voldoende

is voor het installatievolume.

5.3.3 Hydraulische koppeling

Ø 1 1/4"

We raden bij de hydraulische koppeling aan de CV-installatie

dringend het gebruik van een open verdeler of een plaat-

warmtewisselaar voor de hydraulische systeemscheiding

aan. Daarnaast raden we de inbouw van een vuilfilter aan

installatiezijde voor de open verdeler of van de plaatwarm-

tewisselaar aan. We raden aan voor het onderhoud van de

plaatwarmtewisselaar aan verwarmingszijde reinigingsaan-

sluitingen te installeren zodat de plaatwarmtewisselaar bij

onderhoud teruggespoeld kan worden.

Hiervoor worden afhankelijk van de capaciteit van het pro-

duct of de cascadeschakeling verschillende plaatwarmte-

wisselaars en open verdelers als toebehoren aangeboden.

Het drukverlies is afgestemd op de als toebehoren aange-

boden pompgroepen. Met het originele toebehoren is in het

toestelcircuit de minimale circulatiewaterhoeveelheid gega-

randeerd, indien de maximale drukverliezen in de buizen niet

overschreden worden.

De plaatwarmtewisselaar moet u afhankelijk van het vermo-

gen kiezen.

Afhankelijk van de keuze van de pompgroep staan de vol-

gende restopvoerhoogtes aan de toestelaanvoer ter beschik-

king:

Als u een plaatwarmtewisselaar voor de hydraulische sys-

teemscheiding inzet, dan moet met volgende drukverliezen

rekening gehouden worden (nominale waterhoeveelheid bij

ΔT=20 K):
