5 Installatie
12 Installatie- en onderhoudshandleiding ecoTEC plus 0020243840_00
▶ Als u bij gasdichtheidscontroles een voor
het product geïnstalleerde gasafsluitkraan
gesloten hebt, ontspan dan de gasleiding-
druk voor u deze gasafsluitkraan opent.
▶ Zorg ervoor, dat de aanwezige gasmeter geschikt is voor
het vereiste gasdebiet.
▶ Verwijder resten uit de gasleiding door de gasleiding
vooraf door te blazen.
▶ Monteer aan het product een toegestane gasafsluitkraan
met gasaansluitstuk.
▶ Monteer de gasleiding spanningvrij aan de gasafsluit-
kraan.
▶ Ontlucht de gasleiding voor de ingebruikname.
5.2.2 Gasleiding op lekkages controleren

Controleer de gehele gasleiding vakkundig op dichtheid.
5.2.3 Aanwijzingen voor het gebruik met
vloeibaar gas
Het product is in de leveringstoestand ingesteld voor het
gebruik met de gasgroep die op het typeplaatje vastgelegd
is.
Als u een product hebt dat is ingesteld voor het gebruik met
aardgas, moet u het voor het gebruik met vloeibaar gas om-
schakelen. Hiervoor hebt u een omschakelset nodig. De
omschakeling staat beschreven in de handleiding die bijge-
voegd is bij de omschakelset.
5.2.4 Ontluchting van de vloeibare gas-tank
Bij slecht ontluchte vloeibare gas-tank kunnen er ontste-
kingsproblemen ontstaan.
▶ Voordat u het product installeert moet u er zeker van zijn
dat de vloeibare gas-tank goed ontlucht is.
▶ Neem indien nodig contact op met de vuller of de leve-
rancier van het vloeibare gas.
5.2.5 Juiste gassoort gebruiken
Een verkeerde gassoort kan storingsuitschakelingen van het
product veroorzaken. In het product kunnen ontstekings- en
verbrandingsgeluiden ontstaan.
▶ Gebruik uitsluitend de gassoort die vastgelegd is op het
typeplaatje.
5.3 Hydraulische installatie
Opgelet!
Risico op materiële schade door te hoge
temperaturen!
Kunststof buizen in de CV-installatie kunnen
in het geval van een storing door oververhit-
ting beschadigd worden.
▶ Monteer bij het gebruik van kunststofbui-
zen een maximaalthermostaat aan de ver-
warmingsaanvoer.
Opgelet!
Gevaar voor materiële schade door corro-
sie
Door niet diffusiedichte kunststofbuizen in de
CV-installatie dringt er lucht in het CV-water.
Lucht in het CV-water veroorzaakt corrosie in
het warmteopwekkercircuit en in het product.
▶ Als u in de CV-installatie kunststofbuizen
gebruikt die niet diffusiedicht zijn, zorg er
dan voor dat er geen lucht in het warmte-
opwekkercircuit terechtkomt.
Opgelet!
Kans op materiële schade door warmte-
overdracht bij het solderen!
▶ Soldeer aan aansluitstukken alleen, zo-
lang de aansluitstukken nog niet met de
onderhoudskranen zijn vastgeschroefd.
Het product moet via een Vaillant pompgroep (toebehoren)
aangesloten worden.
– Hoogefficiënte pomp
Aan deze pompgroep bevindt zich de aansluitmogelijkheid
voor een expansievat (rechter aansluiting) en een veilig-
heidsklep (linker aansluiting). Informatie over beschikbaar
toebehoren vindt u in de Vaillant prijslijst of op het aan de
achterkant vermelde contactadres.
▶ Let bij het inbouwen van de pompgroep op de montage-
volgorde van de isolatie en de hydraulische buizen (→
Installatiehandleiding pompgroep).
▶ Houd er rekening mee dat de pomp altijd in de retour in-
gebouwd moet worden. Anders kan het tot een functie-
storing in het product komen.
Bij de aansluiting van meerdere producten in het cascadebe-
drijf moet u bij elk product in de aanvoer een terugslagklep
uit de cascadeaansluitset installeren.
Een terugslagklep van een andere fabrikant mag max. 30
mbar drukverlies bij een volumestroom van 4,5 m³/h hebben.
