Lassi de mango
Pulpa de un mango maduro, 1 pizca
de cardamomo, 150 g de yogur (10 %
de grasa), 5 cubitos de hielo
Consejo: En vez de la pulpa de mango,
también puede utilizar 300 g de fre-
sas, guindas, etc.
RECETAS
Cóctel tropica
l
Trocee 2 naranjas y 1 papaya, mezcle,
añada a través de la abertura de la
tapa 3 huevos y una c.s. de sirope
de coco. Mezcle de nuevo, rellene un
vaso y sírvalo.
Cóctel KiBa (cereza y plátano)
Mezcle 200 g de cerezas ácidas
deshuesadas, 1 plátano y 3 cubitos de
hielo, viértalo en un vaso.
Leche de fresa
Mezcle 100 g de fresas, ¼ L de leche
fría, 1 cubito de hielo y rellene un
vaso.
CONSEJO: En lugar de fresas, puede
utilizar otro tipo de bayas o frutas, p.
ej. plátanos.
Batido de fresa
Mezcle 2 bolas de helado de vainilla,
100 g de fresas y 1/8 L de leche fría.
Viértalo en vaso.
Batido de chocolate
Mezcle 2 bolas de helado de chocolate,
1 c.s. de crema de turrón de nueces
y ¼ l de leche fría. A continuación,
viértalo en vaso.
Batido de suero de plátano y nueces
Mezcle 3 c.s. de avellanas molidas,
½ plátano, 1 c.c. de zumo de limón,
2 c.s. de nata, 1 c.s. de miel, 200 ml
de suero de leche frío y 2 cubitos de
hielo. Viértalo en un vaso.
Irish Dream
Mezcle 2 cl de whisky con 1 c.s. de
chocolate en polvo y 0,2 L de nata.
Cóctel de hielo picado
Ponga hielo hasta la mitad de 1 vaso
bajo.
Mezcle en la licuadora 1 rodaja de
piña (cortada en trozos), 3 c.s. de
vodka, 3 c.s. de Curaçao blue, 2 c.s.
de nata,
