4. Il cestello e la pala impastatrice non devono essere lavati in
lavastoviglie.
5. Sia la pala impastatrice che l‘albero motore andrebbero lavati
immediatamente dopo l‘utilizzo. Se la pala impastatrice
rimane nel cestello, dopo diventa difficile da togliere. In
questo caso mettere dell‘acqua calda nel cestello e lasciarcela
per circa 30 minuti. Quindi la pala impastatrice può essere
tirata fuori.
6. Il cestello è dotato di un rivestimento antiaderente di pregio
Whitford
®
. Pertanto per la pulizia non usare oggetti metallici
che potrebbero graffiarne la superficie. E‘ normale che il
colore del rivestimento cambi con il tempo. Tuttavia ciò non
ne pregiudica in alcun modo la funzionalità.
7. Per un uso frequente il cestello e la pala impastatrice
sono soggetti a usura causata dalle elevate sollecitazioni
meccaniche che si creano nella fase di impasto, in particolare
se si lavorano paste integrali o con una quota di cereali
elevata. Pertanto di tanto in tanto può rendersi necessaria
una sostituzione del cestello e della pala impastatrice. Questi

8. Prima di riporre l‘apparecchio per la conservazione assicurarsi
che sia completamente raffreddato, pulito e asciutto.
