PREPARAZIONE DEL GELATO
1. Preparare il composto del gelato secondo le ricette del ricettario. Se si tratta
di composti per gelato che prima devono essere cotti, cuocerli il giorno pre-
cedente di modo che il composto possa raffreddarsi completamente.
2. Consigliamo di raffreddare il composto del gelato in frigorifero prima di uti-
lizzarlo.
3. Estrarre il cestello refrigerante dal vano freezer.
4. Mettere il cestello refrigerante nell’apposito inserto.
5. Quindi posizionare l’inserto con il cestello refrigerante nella scocca
dell‘apparecchio.
6. Eventualmente inserire l‘asse sul mescolatore accertandosi di collegare cor-
rettamente i due componenti - il lato dell’asse con i due braccetti deve
essere inserito nella direzione del mescolatore.
7. Fissare il motore al coperchio e applicare entrambi sull’apparecchio con
cautela.
8. Inserire l’asse nell’apertura sul lato inferiore del motore.
Gli ingredienti desiderati dovrebbero venir preraffreddati in freezer per alcune
ore prima della preparazione! Se per la ricetta si usa dell‘alcol, aggiungerlo al
gelato soltanto quando questo ha già assunto la consistenza desiderata. La quan-
tità di riempimento massima del cestello refrigerante è di 500 ml.
Consiglio: se per la ricetta si usa dell‘alcol, dosarlo con parsimonia e aggiungerlo
soltanto alla fine del congelamento, in quanto allunga i tempi di congelamento.
