1. Attach the set of plates which you intend to
use by pressing the plates into the hinge.
The sliding holders will slightly move to the
front.
2. Put the plug into the socket (power supply
230 V~, 50 Hz). and turn the temperature
button to the desired position between MIN
and MAX. The red control lamp turns on and
keeps on lighting as long as the appliance is
connected to the power.
3. Use the preheating phase of the Multi 2 in
1 (approx. 5 minutes) to prepare the ingre-
dients.
4. As soon as the required temperature is
reached, the green control lamp turns on.
This lamp will always turn on, when the
required temperature is reached and turns
off, when the temperature has fallen and
the appliance is heating again.
5. Before the first use, grease the plates with
some oil or butter.
6. Now place either
the prepared sandwiches on the sandwich
moulds, or
fill the dough into the waffle plates. If you
want to prepare waffle lollies, carefully
centre a wooden stick in the correspon-
ding cavity of each baking plate. Do not
join both baking plates with the stick!
7. Close the lid. When preparing sandwiches,
also close the handle locking!
8. To keep the prepared snacks warm, reduce
the heat to MIN, but keep always in mind
that the snacks will get dry after a certain
time.
Attention:
The surfaces of the appliance become
hot during operation.

19. Always disconnect the lead cable from the
wall socket pulling on the plug, never on the
cable.
20. Never carry the appliance by the lead cable.
21. Use the appliance only indoors.
22. Touch the appliance only on the handle in
order to avoid burns.
23. Never fill the appliance with more than the
indicated amount dough to avoid spilling.
24. To prevent injuries, do not move the appli-
ance as long as it is in operation.
25. Do not use the appliance with accessories
of other manufacturers or brands, to prevent
damage.
26. Disconnect the appliance from the wall
socket after use and prior to cleaning. Never
leave the appliance unattended when it is
connected to the wall socket.
27. Let the appliance cool off before cleaning it.
28. Never open the casing of the appliance to
prevent electric shock.
29. Check the appliance, the wall socket and the
lead cable regularly for wear or damage. In
case the lead cable or other parts present
damages, please send the appliance or the
base to our after sales service for inspection
and repair (for address, see warranty terms).
Unauthorised repairs can constitute serious
risks for the user and void the warranty.
Attention:
The surfaces of the appliance become
hot during operation. Please use only
the heat insulated handle to open and
close the appliance.
The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or incorrect use or if
repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.
BEFORE FIRST USE
USE OF THE APPLIANCE
1. Before assembling the appliance remove all
packing materials.
2. Check if all parts are complete.
3. Wipe the removable parts with a damp cloth
or clean it in warm soapy water. Dry the
parts carefully
4. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth. Make
sure that no water can penetrate into the
housing.
5. Put the plug into a socket.
6. Grease the plates slightly and preheat the
empty appliance for about 10 minutes.
Then wipe the plates with a damp cloth.
7. The first waffle should not be used and
should be thrown away.
8. For further used the plates must not be
greased any more (except if provided in the
recipe).
9. The appliance is now ready for being used.
