1. A white, two-part accessory is attached to

the agitator.

2. To remove the white accessory for milk froth,

hold the fixed part of the accessory for milk

froth on the agitator and press the remo-

vable part out. Pay attention to the arrows

on the fixed accessory. You can only press

the removable part out in this direction. To

attach the part again, carry out the above

procedure in the reverse sequence.

TIPS ON HOW TO OBTAIN PERFECT MILK FROTH

REMOVING THE ACCESSORY FOR MILK FROTH

1. You will get the best results with milk from

the refrigerator.

2. You can use any type of milk for froth, but

you will get the best results with low fat milk

(1.5%). But try out other types of milk, as

the consistency of the froth varies with each

type.

3. We recommend soy milk for people with all-

ergies.

4. Factors such as freshness or level of pasteu-

risation may have an effect on the frothing

process.

5. The appliance heats milk to between 62 and

68 °C, which is the ideal temperature for

milk froth for your coffee.

6. You can also prepare cold milk froth for iced

coffee, for instance.

7. The milk frother can also be used to prepare

especially creamy salad dressings.

8. Tip: To prevent hot milk sticking to the jug,

you can spread a thin layer of butter inside

the jug beforehand.

MILK FROTHING FUNCTION

1. Remove the jug from the base.

2. Press the locking button on the lid and

remove the lid from the jug.

3. Attach the milk froth accessory to the agi-

tator.

4. Add at least 100 ml milk (min. mark), but

no more than 200ml (lower max. mark) to

the jug. Never add more milk, since frothed

milk expands and may overflow from the

jug.
