Note: Air may escape from the valve of the inﬂat-

able when removing the connection valve

. Be sure

not to remove the connection valve

too quickly.

The manometer is not calibrated. Therefore seek

a specialist facility with a calibrated device after

inﬂating inﬂatables where incorrect pressure can

be dangerous (e.g. car tyre).

Operation

Working instructions

This device is not suitable for continuous operation.

It was developed to produce air pressure, not air

volume.

For large devices, do not use the device longer

than 5 minutes without interruption to prevent

overheating and damage to the device. After-

wards allow to cool for a minimum of 20 minutes.

We recommend ﬁrst inﬂating large products with

air to then produce the desired pressure with

the device.

If your car tyre requires a pressure over 3 bar,

do not use the device longer than 3 minutes

without interruption. Afterwards allow to cool

for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Checking the air pressure

Note: The device does not need to be connected

to the cigarette lighter to test air pressure.

Connect the connection valve

(see “Startup“).

Read the air pressure on the display of the

manometer

Remove the connection valve (see “Startup“).

Note: The manometer is not calibrated.

Overload fuse

In the event of overuse or malfunction the overload

fuse

in the cigarette lighter plug

will trip to

protect the device. Replace the fuse after resolving

the reason for the fuse tripping (see „Spare parts /

accessories“) (see Fig. D).

Unscrew the tip of the cigarette lighter plug

and remove the overload fuse.

Insert the new overload fuse and reattach the

tip of the cigarette lighter plug.

Never use a fuse with a higher tripping

current. There is a fire hazard!

Cleaning

Do not spray the device with water or

immerse in water. Risk of injury due

to electric shock if moisture enters the

device.

Do not use cleaners or solvents. These could

damage the device beyond repair.

Keep the vents

and the housing of the device

clean.

Clean with a damp cloth or a brush.

Storage

Keep the device in a dry location and outside

the reach of children.

Be sure not to kink the power cable

and the

air hose

to prevent damage.

Hi, where can i get a spst replacement switch for my mini compressor UMK 10.B2. The switch broke after a couple of times in use.. I contacted service department as specified in manual, but feed back left much to be desired. Submitted on 21-9-2020 at 14:48
