De persoonlijke training computer gebruiken

BELANGRIJK: Elke invoer activeert de computer.

De computer toont 4 functies:

• AANTAL STEPS – volbrachte steps

• STEPS/MIN – aantal steps per minuut

• TIJD – afgelegde workout tijd

• CALORIËN – verbruikte kilocaloriën

Aantal steps: Worden getoond in de bovenste helft van het LCD

Modus toets: Toont de andere 3 functies in de onderste helft van het LCD

• Tijd

• Caloriën

Druk de Modus toets om een functie te kiezen, De kleine pijl op het LCD scherm verwijst naar

de gekozen functie, die onder het LCD scherm omschreven staat. Om de functie permanent

te kiezen, druk de modus toets voor die functie.

Scan modus: Deze optie toont automatisch Steps/Min, Tijd en Caloriën

elk voor 4 seconden.

Reset: Houdt de modus toets gedurende 2 seconden ingedrukt om alle fucties

terug te stellen.

Auto Shut Off: De training computer schakelt zichzelf automatisch uit als het geen

invoer signaal verkregen heeft gedurende de laatste 4 minuten. Signalen worden

gestuurd via de step beweging of door het aanraken van de modus toets.
