Préparation de légumes
Le steamer TURMIX vous permet de préparer de façon saine des légu-
mes frais ou surgelés. Nettoyez soigneusement les légumes. Eliminer les
tiges dures et coupez les grosses pièces en morceaux plus petits, plus
faciles à cuire. Lorsque vous cuisez ensemble plusieurs légumes, veuillez
tenir compte des temps de cuisson différents. Pour éviter une surcuis-
son, surveillez le processus de cuisson. Lorsque vous préparez des légu-
mes surgelés, placez-les directement dans le récipient correspondant
après avoir enlevé l'emballage. Il n'est pas nécessaire de dégeler les lé-
gumes surgelés avant de les cuire. Après env. 20 min de cuisson, sépa-
rez les légumes maintenant dégelés, ou mélangez, à l'aide d'un usten-
sile de cuisine à long manche.
La preparazione delle verdure
Con lo Steamer TURMIX potete cucinare, in modo sano, verdure fresche
e surgelate. Pulire le verdure con cura. Tagliate via i gambi e tagliate i
pezzi grandi. I piccoli pezzi si cuociono più rapidamente dei grandi. Se
cuocete diverse verdure alla volta, prestate attenzione ai differenti tem-
pi di cottura onde evitare che alcune verdure diventino stracotte. Impe-
dite ciò, se controllate regolarmente il loro grado di cottura. Se cucina-
te delle verdure surgelate, togliete il rispettivo imballaggio e mettetele
direttamente nel rispettivo contenitore. Non sgelatele prima di cucinar-
le. Dopo ca. 10 minuti staccate le verdure surgelate le une dalle altre o
rimescolate, utilizzando un arnese da cucina con un manico lungo.
