Ingrediënten
● kop bloem ● 0,5 kop fijngehakte lente ui
● 115 gram boter ● 0,5 theelepel zeevruchtenkruiden
● 2 theelepels bakpoeder ● 0,25 theelepels Cayennepeper
● 0,75 kop karnemelk ● 1,5 kop cheddar, geraspt
Methode
1. Meng in een kom de bloem en boter tot erwtengrootte.
2. Voeg de overige ingrediënten toe en meng alles door elkaar.
3. Verdeel in 16 balletjes, leg ze op het rek en plaats dit in de
heteluchtfriteuse.
4. Druk op MENU om de BAKE-functie te kiezen en druk vervolgens
op START.
Bruine suiker geglazuurde ham
Ingrediënten
● 1 ham (1,5kg), doormidden gesneden, zonder bot
● 0,5 theelepel gemalen kruidnagel ● 0.5 kopje bruine suiker
● 0,25 kopje ananassap ● 0,5 kopje mosterd
Methode
1. Meng in een kom het ananassap, de bruine suiker, de mosterd en de
kruidnagels.
2. Steek het draaispit in het midden van beide hamhelften en zet vast met
de vorken.
3. Giet de saus over de ham en zet 2 uur in de koelkast.
4. Plaats de ham in de heteluchtfriteuse.
5. Druk op MENU om de functie CHICKEN te kiezen en vervolgens op
START.
6. Laat 10 minuten rusten alvorens aan te snijden.
