Geroosterde kalkoen met kruiden
Ingrediënten
2 Kalkoenborsten, opengesneden ● 4 teentjes knoflook
● 2 takjes rozemarijn ● 1 theelepel zeezout
● 4 takjes tijm ● 1 theelepel gemalen zwarte peper
● 1 takje salie ● 3 eetlepels olijfolie
Methode
1. Hak alle kruiden en de knoflook fijn en meng met de olijfolie.
2. Wrijf de kalkoenborst in met het kruidenmengsel en zet 1 uur in de koelkast.
3. Vouw de kalkoenborsten dubbel en steek het draaispit erin en zet vast met
de vorken.
4. Plaats de kalkoen in de airfryer oven.
5. Druk op MENU om de CHICKEN-functie te kiezen en druk vervolgens op
START.
Cornish hens
Ingrediënten
● 2 Deense kippen 1 theelepel zout
● 1 takje rozemarijn, fijngehakt 1 theelepel gemalen zwarte peper
● 1 theelepel Knoflookpoeder
Methode
1. Meng het zout, de peper, het knoflookpoeder en de rozemarijn in een
kleine kom.
2. Wrijf de specerijen en kruiden royaal over de kip.
3. Plaats de kip op het draaispit en zet de vorken vast.
4. Plooi de vleugels en bind ze vast om ze op hun plaats te houden.
5. Bind de poten vast om ze op hun plaats te houden en plaats ze in de
heteluchtfriteuse.
6. Druk op MENU om de CHICKEN-functie te kiezen, stel de kooktijd in op 40
minuten en druk vervolgens op START.
