OWN TRAINING
ILMOITUS
Voit luoda oman harjoituksen vain, jos matka on yli 100 metriä ja
aika yli 300 sekuntia.
Ohjauspaneeliin voi tallentaan enintään 100 harjoitusta. Voit tallentaa harjoituksia
vain, kun käyttäjä on valittu.
Voit toistaa aiemmin tallennetun harjoituksen (RERUN) tai kilpailla aiemmin
tallennettua harjoitusta vastaan (RACING).
1. Kosketa WORKOUT TYPE -painiketta.
2. Kosketa OWN TRAINING -painiketta.
3. Valitse harjoitusprofiili koskettamalla nuolipainikkeita. Vahvista koskettamalla
OK.
4. Kosketa RERUN tai RACING.
RERUN:
Aseta sykkeen valvontatila: COMBINATION / SPEED / ELEVATION.
Aseta aika ja matka koskettamalla vastaavaa valikkokohtaa.
Vaihda valitun valikkokohdan arvoa koskettamalla +/- -painikkeita. Vahvista
koskettamalla OK.
Käynnistä harjoitus koskettamalla START-painiketta. Jos olet asettanut
tavoitearvoja, arvot alkavat laskea joko ylös- tai alaspäin.
RACING: Käynnistä harjoitus koskettamalla START-painiketta. Jos olet asettanut
tavoitearvoja, arvot alkavat laskea joko ylös- tai alaspäin.
5. Nopeuden ja nousukulman vaihtaminen manuaalisesti harjoituksen aikana:
SPEED: Lisää tai vähennä nopeutta 0,1 km/h kerrallaan koskettamalla +/- -
painikkeita. Valitse esiasetettu arvo koskettamalla QUICK SELECT -
painiketta.
INCLINE: Lisää tai vähennä nousukulmaa 0,5 % kerrallaan koskettamalla +/-
-painikkeita. Valitse esiasetettu arvo koskettamalla QUICK SELECT -
painiketta.
6. Keskeytä harjoitus koskettamalla PAUSE/STOP-painiketta.
