Selección de las pesas planas
1. Utilice el pasador selector de pesas para
regular el número de pesas planas que se
desea en el ejercicio.
2. No inserte el pasador selector de pesas cuando
la columna de pesas o la placa superior estén
en posición elevada.
3. Asegúrese de que el pasador selector de peso
queda totalmente introducido.
4. El peso aproximado de cada pesa plana es de
5 kg.
5. Consulte la página de la Tabla de resistencias
de las pesas.
6. Nunca utilice mancuernas ni ningún otro
elemento para aumentar la resistencia que
ofrecen las pesas. Utilice exclusivamente pesas
planas proporcionadas por el fabricante.
7. Por motivos de seguridad cuando no se usa
el equipo. Inserte el pasador de bloqueo en
el oricio de la varilla guía, impidiendo así el
movimiento de las pesas planas.

Si la tensión es
demasiado baja, desplace
la polea inferior un orificio
hacia arriba.
Si la tensión es
demasiado alta, desplace
la polea inferior un orificio
hacia abajo
Ajuste del panel acolchado para curl
de bíceps
Mueva hacia arriba y voltee el panel acolchado
para curl de bíceps siguiendo el recorrido del
soporte para orientarlo hacia atrás al realizar
ejercicios de piernas.
8. No apriete excesivamente el tornillo Allen
(nº 93) para que se pueda mover con suavidad
a lo largo del recorrido..

1. Tire de la perilla de ajuste.
2. Mover del respaldo a la posición deseada.
3. Suelte el botón de ajuste.

1. Tire de la perilla de ajuste.
2. Mover del arm curl pad a la posición deseada.
3. Suelte el botón de ajuste.
