Assembly of the Mover
The frame of the vehicle must be kept free of rust and heavy
soiling and without any damages to the suspension
components.
The wheels and tyres that are fitted to the caravan must be of
the same size and model and inflated as per the manufacturer’s
instructions.
Remove all components from packing and place on the floor.
In order to maintain the validity of the General Operat-
ing Permit (ABE), the provided factory plates (f) must be
attached on the left and right sides of the cross strut between
the drive unit retaining plates.

Assembly of the drive units
1. Loosely screw the angle bracket to the vehicle frame so that
it can still be moved.
2. Place the drive unit onto the vehicle frame so that the bolts
of the flange plate point inside through the provided bore-
holes of the vehicle frame.
3. Push the angle bracket over the bolts and secure the drive
unit with the enclosed 4 nuts.
4. Tighten the 4 nuts of the drive unit with a torque of 70 Nm
and the 4 nuts of the angle bracket with a torque of 40 Nm!

Assembly of the drive units for model Mover H TE
on vehicle frames 610 – 650
2 extra screws and nuts (also included in the delivery) are
required for each drive unit to mount the Movers H TE to
the vehicle frames 610 – 650.
Depending on the vehicle frame (reduced/increased GVW),
the drive units of the Mover H TE must be mounted to differ-
ent positions of the vehicle frame. This ensures that the func-
tional dimension lies in the allowed range (see “Functional
dimension”).

1. Loosely screw the angle bracket to the vehicle frame so that
it can still be moved.
2. Place the drive unit onto the vehicle frame so that the bolts
of the flange plate point inside through the provided bore-
holes of the vehicle frame.
3. Push the drive unit until the position boreholes of the drive
unit and the vehicle frame overlap – insert the screws (4 )
into the position boreholes – with the thread toward the
vehicle frame.
4. Push the angle bracket over the bolts and the screws.
5. Secure the drive unit with the enclosed 6 nuts.
6. Tighten the 6 nuts of the drive unit with a torque of 70 Nm
and the 4 nuts of the angle bracket with a torque of 40 Nm!
