stische signaal (wanneer boven of onder de

ingevoerde trainingsgrenzen wordt gekomen)

geactiveerd resp. gedeactiveerd worden

= signaal is geactiveerd

Teller resterende calorieën instellen

• SET-toets 3 seconden lang indrukken

• de melding 'bepaal kcal' verschijnt en het eer-

ste cijfer van het veld knippert

• de teller van het resterende aantal calorieën

instellen door (herhaaldelijk) op de MODE-

toets te drukken en de verschillende cijfers te

bevestigen met de SET-toets

aanknopingspunt: in een training van 30 minu-

ten worden ca. 250 kcal verbruikt.
