In het menu 'Hartfrequentie' vindt u ook uw per-

soonlijke trainingsmanager, die u helpt om met

een gericht trainingsprogramma uw fitness op

te bouwen zonder uw lichaam teveel te bela-

sten. Maar raadpleeg eerst uw arts voordat u

begint met de training, zodat hij uw conditie

kan testen.

Als u een pacemaker draagt, mag u de hartfre-

quentiemodus alleen na overleg met uw huis-

arts gebruiken. Denk er a.u.b. aan dat u het

codenummer moet invoeren (zie pagina 14).

Een nieuwe ronde/etappe starten in de sub-

menu's 'Gemiddeld' en 'Maximaal'

Door 3 seconden op de SET-toets te drukken

wordt het meten van de actuele ronde/etappe

gestopt. De waarden worden opgeslagen, het

display op '0' gezet en er wordt een nieuwe

ronde/etappe gestart.
