1 Safety instructions
Please read the information contained underneath so that you can become familiar with your device
quickly and take advantage of the full scope of its functions.
1. This product is designed only for boiling water indoors, with other liquid filled or for other
purpose forbidden.
2. When using the product, be sure to fill with water and then turn on the power.
3. Do not exceed max. rated capacity when filling the water, to avoid the boiling water overflow
to cause burning. The water volume can not be exceeded.
4. Cut off the power and then move the electric kettle; do not touch other parts of the kettle
filling with boiling water except for handle, to prevent burning.
5. In use process, do not hang the power wire near the table or similar parts, to avoid any danger.
6. In order to prevent the water from eroding any internal part, do not immerse the electric kettle
into any liquid for cleaning. For details, refer to “Cleaning and descaling”.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
8. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they
are older than 8 and supervised.
9. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
10. If the kettle is overfilled, the boiling water may be ejected.
11. The appliance must not be immersed.
12. The kettle can only be used when the stand is provided.
13. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
-Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
-Farm houses;
-By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
-Bed and breakfast type environments.
