Be alert and defer to safety rather than taste when in doubt. You should supervise hot and cold foods. An adult
should be assigned to accept responsibility for monitoring the time out of the safety range temperatures -- below
4 °C (refrigerator temperature) and above 60 °C.
The unit is designed for serving, cold and warm between 6°C and 57°C. Similar to a chaffing dish,
electric hot trays or bed of ice, it is not for cooking, food, preparation, heating up or chilling down. Food should
properly prepared to its serving temperature before use in this tray. The unit may be pre-cooled, or warmed for
best results, as you would an oven. Similar to a large saucepan the temperature is optimum at the center surface
of the aluminum food tray.

Clear Base and Hinged Polycarbonate Lid, immersible, permanent stainless hinge pins,
secured to unit base with four small, plastic insert tabs, two on rear .one on each side.

When the user sets the temperature the unit will automatically either warm, or cool to the desired temperature. Decide
on one function -- either cooling or warming for the serving event. If switched from heating to cooling the product will
take a long time to reach the desired temperature. If the room is cool the unit will cool down lower and faster to as
low as 3°C.
