TROUBLE SHOOTING
Lower thread tension adjustment
If your machine skips stitches or loops stitches, it may
require tension adjustment.
To check the lower thread tension, follow these steps.
Checking bobbin case tension
The needle must be in the raised position.
1. Push latches of the shuttle to the outside, as shown in
(fig A).
2. Remove shuttle hook cover as shown in (fig B).
3. Remove shuttle hook. (fig C)
4. Suspend bobbin, bobbin case, and shuttle hook all
together and hold the bobbin thread as illustrated in
(fig D).
When the bobbin case tension is correct,
the thread
should slide down with light resistance.
When the bobbin case tension is too tight,
the thread
does not slide down, or the thread jerks.
When the bobbin case tension is too loose,
the thread
easily slides down with no resistance.
STORINGEN VERHELPEN
Onderdraad spannings afstelling
Als uw machine steken overslaat of lust, is het mogelijk
dat de spanning afgesteld moet worden.
Om de onderdraad te controleren, volg de volgende stappen.
De naald moet in de hoogste stand staan.
1. Duw de hendeltjes van het grijpersysteem naar buiten
zoals afgebeeld in (fig A).
2. Verwijder de grijper dekring zoals afgebeeld in (fig B).
3. Verwijder de grijper. (fig C)
4. Laat de grijper en spoelhuis spoeltje samen zweven
door deze samen vast te houden aan de draad zoals
afgebeeld in (fig D).
Als de spoelhuis spanning goed is
, zal de draad met
lichte weerstand afrollen.
Als de spoelhuis spanning te strak is, r
olt de draad
niet af, of stootsgewijs.
Als de spoelhuis spanning te los is, rolt de draad
gemakkelijk af zonder enige weerstand.

capsula / crochet come illustrato in (fig. D).
Fate un movimento in su e giù verticale (tipo yo-yo)
Quando la tensione della capsula è corretta
, il filo
scivola in basso con una leggera resistenza.
Quando la tensione della capsula è troppo forte, il filo
non scivola in basso.
Quando la tensione della capsula è troppo lenta
, il filo
scivola in basso senza resistenza.
SOLUTIONS DE DEPANNAGE

Pour vérifier la tension de la canette, suivre les étapes
suivantes.
Vérification de la tension de la canette
L’aiguille doit être en position haute
1. Repousser les loquets de la navette vers l’extérieur,
comme indiqué (fig. A).
2. Enlever le couvercle de l’étrier du crochet comme
indiqué (fig. B).
3. Enlever l’étrier. (fig. C)
4. Suspendre l’ensemble canette / navette / crochet et
tenir le fil de la canette comme indiqué (fig. D).
Si la tension de la canette est correcte
, le fil devrait se
dérouler avec une petite résistance.
Si la tension de la canette est trop serrée
, le fil ne se
déroule pas, ou le fil se déroule avec saccades.
Si la tension de la canette est trop faible
, le fil se
déroule très facilement sans résistance.
