Your machine requires cleaning and oiling for good
sewing performance.
A machine which is used for a few hours a day needs to
be cleaned and oiled once a month.
Caution!
Disconnect power supply before carrying out
maintenance. Needle in the raised position.
Cleaning
1. Remove foot and needle. Remove needle plate with
needle plate screw driver. (fig A) (needle up position)
2. Brush off all dust and lint on feed teeth with a cleaning
brush. (fig B)
3. Open shuttle cover and turn latches of shuttle 1
outwards. (fig C)
4. Remove shuttle hook cover. Remove shuttle hook.
(fig D)
5. Clean shuttle race 2 with a cleaning brush and soft
cloth. (fig E)
6. Replace hook.
7. After maintenance, replace needle plate, needle and
presser foot.
Uw machine moet schoongehouden en geolied worden
om goede prestaties te kunnen bieden.
Een machine die enkele uren per dag wordt gebruikt
moet eens per maand schoongemaakt en geolied
worden.
Waarschuwing!
Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u met
onderhoud begint. Zet de naald in de hoogste stand.
Schoonmaken
1. Verwijder de voet en de naald. Verwijder de
naaldplaat. (fig A)
(naald omhoog)
2. Borstel alle stof en pluisjes op de transporteur weg
met een schoonmaak borsteltje. (fig B)
3. Open de spoelhuisklep en draai de hendeltjes van het
grijpersysteem 1 naar buiten. (fig C)
4. Verwijder de grijper dekring. Verwijder het spoelhuis.
(fig D)
5. Maak de grijperbaan 2 schoon met een schoonmaak
borsteltje en zachte doek. (fig E)
6. Plaats spoelhuis terug.
7. Na het onderhoud kunt U de naaldplaat, naald en de
persvoet terugplaatsen.

Togliete la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di
qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione. Ago in

Pulizia
1. Togliete il piedino, l’ago e la placca ago (fig. A)
(ago in posizione sollevata)
2. Con un apposito pennello togliete tutti i depositi e
pulite il trasportatore (fig. B)
3. Spostate le alette verso l’esterno (fig. C)
4. Togliete l’anello ferma crochet e il crochet (fig. D)
5. Pulitelo con un apposito pennello od un panno
morbido (fig. E)
6. Riposizionare il crochet.
7. Dopo la manutenzione, riposizionare la placca ago,
l’ago e il piedino.
Votre machine nécessite d’être nettoyer et huilée pour
une bonne performance de couture.
Une machine qui est utilisée seulement quelques heures
a besoin d’être nettoyée et huilée une fois par mois.
Attention!
Débrancher la machine avant de commencer la
maintenance. L’aiguille en position haute.
Nettoyage
1. Enlever le pied-de-biche et l’aiguille. Enlever la
plaque-aiguille. (fig. A) (aiguille en position haute)
2. Brosser tous les dépôts et la griffe d’entraînement à
l’aide de la brosse de nettoyage. (fig. B)
3. Enlever le cache-navette et repousser les loquets 1
vers l’extérieur. (fig. C)
4. Enlever l’étrier de la coursière. Enlever le crochet de
la navette. (fig. D)
5. Nettoyer l’étrier avec une brosse de nettoyage et un
chiffon doux. (fig. E)
6. Replacer le crochet.
7. Après intervention, remettre en place la plaque-
aiguille, l’aiguille et le pied presseur.
