Personalize the handset
Set the alarm time

6.11 Tone setup
When pressing a key, when battery is low , when placing the handset inside the charger, or when
the handset is out of range you will hear a warning tone. You can turn this On or Off::
6.12 Voice message notification
If you have new messages in your voice mail box, blinks on the display. You can program your
access number so you can get your message at the touch of the ‘1’ button.
To set up your voice access number:
2 Select “CLOCK&ALARM” and confirm.
3 Select “ALARM” and confirm.
4 Select “ONCE”, “DAILY” or “OFF” and confirm.
1 Enter the menu by pressing the menu key.
2 Select “CLOCK&ALARM” and confirm.
3 Select “ALARM” and confirm.
4 Select “ONCE” or “DAILY” and confirm.
5 Enter the time (HH-MM) in 24h format and confirm.
You can still press any key to turn the alarm off when the keypad is locked.
The alarm volume is the same as the ring volume, when the ring volume is set off,
the alarm will ring at volume 1.
During a call when alarm goes active, you will hear a warning tone through the ear
piece, you can still turn it off by pressing any key.
During paging or ringing, no alarm tone will be hearable.
1 Enter the menu by pressing the menu key.
2 Select “CLOCK&ALARM” and confirm.
3 Select “ALARM TONE” and confirm.
4 Select the desired melody and confirm.
1 Enter the menu by pressing the menu key.
2 Select “HS SETTINGS” and confirm.
3 Select “HANDSET TONE” and confirm.
4 Select “KEY BEEP”, “BATTERY TONE” , “CHARGE TONE”or
“RANGE TONE” and confirm.
5 Select “ON” to activate or “OFF” to deactivate and confirm.
1 Enter the menu by pressing the menu key.
2 Select “HS SETTINGS” and confirm.
3 Select “VOICEMAIL” and confirm.
4 Enter your access number (up to 24 digits) and confirm.
