4.2.4 Appels internes entre combinés
Quand vous voulez appeler un autre combiné, procédéz comme suit :
• Appuyez sur la touche [INT].
• Composez le numéro du combiné désiré.
• Le combiné appelé appuie sur la touche de Ligne pour répondre à l’appel.
• Appuyez sur la touche de Ligne quand vous voulez terminer la communication.
Remarque : Lorsqu’un un combiné que vous essayez d’atteindre est en communication avec un
autre, vous entendrez le signal que ce portable est occupé.
4.3 Transférér des appels externes
Lorsque vous êtes en communication avec un correspondant externe et vous
souhaitez passer cet appel à un autre combiné interne, vous procédez comme suit :
• Appuyez sur la touche INT et formez ensuite le numéro du combiné que vous
voulez contacter.
• Aussitôt que le combiné appelé sonne, son utilisateur appuie sur la touche de
Ligne. Les deux combinés seront ainsi en communication.
• Ensuite, le premier combiné passe la communication externe au second combiné
en appuyant sur la touche de Ligne.
Si le second combinée ne répond pas, l’utilisateur du premier combiné appuie
encore une fois sur la touche INT et il sera de nouveau en communication avec
l’appel externe.
4.4 Pause
En composant un numéro, vous pouvez, en appuyant sur la touche Pause, insérer une
pause dans le numéro. La pause ne pourra jamais être le premier chiffre du numéro de
téléphone, car dans ce cas la touche Pause aura la fonction de touche Rappel.
4.5 Durée de la communication
Pendant et après une communication externe, la durée s’affiche à l’écran.
• Après avoir décroché le combiné, la durée de communication s’affiche au bout de
10 secondes.
• Après la communication, la durée restera
encore affichée à l’écran pendant 2 secondes.
La durée de communication s’affiche comme suit [mm : ss] (minutes : secondes).
