7. Ga naar de MySports mobiele app om de meting van je lichaamssamenstelling en de voortgang
ten opzichte van je doel te bekijken:
Tik op het menupictogram en op Voortgang > Filterknop > Lichaam in Activiteiten of selecteer
een Lichaamsvetdoel door erop te klikken. Je kunt je lichaamsvet- en spierpercentages en de
ontwikkelingen in de tijd bekijken.
Tips voor het meten van lichaamssamenstelling
De algemene trend van de metingen is nauwkeuriger als je steeds op hetzelfde moment van de
dag meet.
Het ideale moment voor het uitvoeren van een meting is 's ochtends, nadat je naar het toilet
bent geweest, maar voordat je eet, drinkt, doucht of traint.
Voor vrouwen zijn metingen minder nauwkeurig tijdens de menstruatie, omdat deze doorgaans
van invloed is op de vloeistofbalans in je lichaam.
De lichaamssamenstelling kan niet nauwkeurig worden gemeten tijdens een zwangerschap of in
het geval van grotere metalen implantaten in het lichaam, bijvoorbeeld als gevolg van een
operatie.

De ideale lichaamssamenstelling is sterk afhankelijk van de persoon, we kunnen hiervan geen
nauwkeurige schatting geven.
