Spinaziesalade met Parmezaanse kaas
Voor 4 personen
Voorbereiding
Pluk, was en droog de spinazie en leg het op de borden. Was en halveer de appel, boor hem uit, en
snij de appel in dunne reepjes met snijhulpstuk 1. Snij de walnoten en voeg ze toe aan de appels.
Rasp Parmezaanse kaas bovenop en meng goed.
Om de dressing te maken, meng de azijn, peper, zout en mosterd samen. Voeg geleidelijk de kool-
zaadolie en de olijfolie toe met een garde. Combineer de dressing met de appel en het Parmezaanse
kaas mengsel en verdeel het over de spinaziesalade.
Eiersalade
Voor 4 personen
Voorbereiding
Kook de eieren hard voor 10-12 minuten. Halveer in de tussentijd de paprika en verwijder de zaad-
jes. Snij de paprika en de ham met snijhulpstuk 2. Snij de augurken in schijes (snijhulpstuk 4) en
de olijven in kleine stukjes (snijhulpstuk 1). Verwijder de eieren, dompel ze in koud water, schil ze en
snij ze met snijhulpstuk 4. Meng alles samen. Was de bieslook, schud het droog en snij het in fijne
stukjes.
Om de dressing te maken, meng de crème fraîche, de mosterd, azijn, peper en zout samen. Roer de
bieslook erin. Meng de dressing en de salade ingrediënten samen en verdeel het over de borden.
Snij de tuinkers en gebruik het om de salade te garneren.

½ krop verse bieslook
½ box of tuinkers
150 g crème fraîche
1 eetlepel mosterd
1 eetlepel kruidenazijn

Zwarte peper
600 g verse spinazie blaadjes
1 zure appel
50 g walnoten
80 g Parmezaanse kaas
2 eetlepels witte balsamico azijn
Zout
Zwarte peper
1 eetlepel mosterd
2 eetlepels koolzaadolie
1 eetlepel olijfolie
