For even more delicious fruit
yoghurt you can add some
compote or fruit jam made with
Compact Cook, and put it first in
the yoghurt pots then add the
yoghurt mixture. If you have a
sweet tooth you can add some
more sugar and mix it with the
other ingredients or some other
aromas such as vanilla,
strawberry...)
If you don’t have the
XXL steaming basket
(optional accessory),
use a yoghurt maker
to stabilize the
yoghurt.
.- Place the 4-blade knife inside the
Compact Cook bowl and add all the
ingredients except the rennet.
- Start program 22 (YOGURT)
- When you hea
r the beep, add the
rennet through the opening of the lid
and restart the program by pressing
the central knob.
- Pour the mixture into small sterile
glass jars.
- Add 1L of water
- Close with the cooking cover.
- Select program 14 (BOILING) and
set the time to 5 min. Start the
program.
- Meanwhile, seal the XXL steaming
basket (optional accessory) by
placing plastic wrap at the bottom.
.- Stop the program once the water
boils.
- Remove the cooking cover.
- Place the XXL steaming basket on
top of the Compact Cook bowl.
- Place the open yogurt jars on the
plastic wrap in the XXL steaming
basket.
- Close with the steaming cover and
place a cloth on the cover to keep the
heat.
- Turn the Compact Cook off.
- Leave the yogurt jars there in the XXL
steaming basket on the Compact Cook
for 8h.
- Close the yogurt jars.
- Keep in the refrigeraotr for 5H
