System functions with tiptel 3011/3022 office/system
Call forwarding on no reply and on busy
This is a combination of the two functions mentioned before. Both call forwarding types have the
same target number.
❍ Call forwarding functions are active, LED on
❍ Call forwarding functions are not active, LED off
Please note:
When using several call forwarding buttons, please note that their functions can contradict each
other. At this respect, please also consider the button "voicebox on/off status" as this key activates
a call forwarding on no reply and on busy to your voicebox.
Status voicebox - message waiting and on / off
Your telephone system supports the voicemail systems tiptel 350 ISDN, tiptel 350-10 ISDN and
the Call Manager tiptel 355 ISDN. The LED indicates the corresponding status:
❍ Your voicebox is active, LED on
If your subscriber number is busy or if the call is not accepted within 15 seconds, your voice-
box answers the call. If the key is pressed, the voicebox is switched off. Afterwards, all
incoming calls are exclusively signalled at your subscriber number.
❍ Your voicebox is not active, LED off
All incoming calls are exclusively signalled at your subscriber number. If the key is pressed,
the voicebox is switched on. If, afterwards, your subscriber number is busy or if the call is not
accepted within Ist danach Ihre seconds, your voicebox answers the call.
❍ New incoming messages available in your voicebox, LED blinks
When the key is pressed, the hands-free mode is activated and your voicebox is called. A
lifted handset does not automatically activate the hands-free mode. Information on the
functions available in the voicemail system can be obtained in the chapter "remote inter-
rogation" in the corresponding user manual. In the appendix, you also find a quick reference
card for your relevant voicemail system. With regard to the type, please contact, if necessary,
the administrator of your telephone system.
Please note:
As long as new ICMs are available in your voicebox, the voicebox cannot be switched off. It is
thus guaranteed that always all messages are played back. Besides, your voicebox accepts
further incoming calls during the interrogation (as your subscriber number then is busy).
