Urgency call

If you wish to inform the users of the telephone system of an urgent message, dial the urgent

call code number. The urgent call ring will sound on all extensions ......(without a

pause). This can be a signal for an agreed reaction (for example, a company meeting).

To activate the urgency call

1. Pick up the handset.

2. Dial the urgent call number 77 .

3. The handset of an extension will be

picked up.

You hear the telephone system’s dial tone.

All extensions sound with the urgent call

ring. You hear the same signal from your

handset.

The connection is established.

If no one responds to the urgency call and

you replace the handset then the urgency

call is ended.
