STOPWATCH (Stoppuhr) auswählen. Die
Uhr sucht dann automatisch nach einem
GPS-Signal.
Tipp: Zur schnelleren Ortung des GPS-Signals
von hohen Gebäuden und hohen Bäumen
entfernen und nicht bewegen.
2. START wählen.
3. Die Stoppuhr beginnt mit der Zeitmessung. Bei
laufender Trainingseinheit
O drücken, um die
Trainingsdaten zu durchlaufen.
FREIHANDAUFNAHME
Beim Erreichen jedes Kilometers oder jeder Meile
(gemäß der Entfernungseinstellungen) zeichnet
die Uhr automatisch eine Runde auf.
EINE TRAININGSEINHEIT ABBRECHEN
UNDSPEICHERN
1. n drücken, um die Zeitmessung zu beenden.
2. SAVE (Speichern), RESUME (Fortsetzen) oder
DISCARD (Verwerfen) auswählen.

weniger intensives Laufen –, um Ihre Ausdauer zu
verbessern und am meisten von Ihrem Training zu
profitieren.
