2. Ponga su dedo sobre el sensor de frecuencia cardiaca del reloj

sonará y la frecuencia cardiaca aparecerá en
pantalla expresada en pulsaciones por minuto (PPM).
La lectura de su pulso permanecerá en pantalla durante 6 segundos
después de levantar el dedo del sensor de frecuencia cardiaca.
Este reloj es un dispositivo receptivo de monitoreo que lee las señales
ECG y los momentos de lectura pueden variar. Si no se obtiene una
lectura, levante el dedo del bisel durante 30 segundos e intente de nuevo.
Si todavía no obtiene una lectura vaya a la sección de Solución
de Problemas - Frecuencia cardiaca.
Bloqueo de frecuencia cardiaca
El bloqueo de la función de frecuencia cardiaca evita que ésta se active
a consecuencia de contacto accidental y de condiciones ambientales
cuando hay exceso de agua o humedad. Un ejemplo podría ser estando
en una piscina donde el reloj se sumerge en el agua. Como el agua es un
conductor natural, ésta puede activar accidentalmente la función
de frecuencia cardiaca.
Para activar el bloqueo de frecuencia cardiaca:
1. En el modo horario, sostenga RESET durante
3 segundos.
2. El símbolo “l“ aparecerá y si usted trata de medirse
el pulso, aparecerá el mensaje “Hr OFF“ (F.cardiaca
desactivada).
3. Para desbloquear la función de frecuencia cardiaca, repita el paso 1.
