• To insert lock cylinder into bike arm end cap, first place change key into the cylinder.
Then push cylinder into end cap hole and remove change key while holding cylinder
in place.

• Pull out locking bike cable. Wrap cable around the bike top tube resting on the end

• Roll up excess strap into four-inch loops.
