CONGELACIÓ N Y CONSERVACIÓ N DE ALIMENTOS EN EL COMPARTIMENTO
DEL CONGELADOR
Utilice el compartimento del congelador:
Para conservar alimentos ultracongelados.
Para elaborar cubitos de hielo.
Para congelar alimentos.
Nota: Asegúrese de que la puerta del compartimento del congelador esté correctamente cerrada.
Compra de alimentos congelados
El envasado no debe estar dañado.
Utilícelo en o antes de la fecha‘utilizar en o antes de /mejor antes de/mejor en o antes de/’.
Si es posible, transporte los alimentos ultracongelados en una bolsa térmica y colóquelos rápidamente
en el compartimento del congelador.
Conservación de alimentos congelados
Consérvelos a -18°C o más frío. Evite abrir la puerta del compartimento del congelador si no es
necesario.
Congelación de alimentos frescos
Congele exclusivamente alimentos frescos e intactos.
Para conservar el mayor valor nutricional, sabor y color posibles, las verduras deben ser escaldadas antes
de congelarlas.
No es necesario escaldar las berenjenas, los pimientos, el calabacín y los espárragos.
Nota:Mantenga los alimentos que van a ser congelados apartados de los alimentos que ya estén
congelados.
Se pueden congelar los siguientes alimentos:
Pastelería y repostería, pescado y marisco, carne, caza, aves, verdura, fruta, hierbas, huevos sin cáscara,
derivados lácteos como queso y mantequilla, comidas preparadas y sobras como sopas, guisos, carne y
pescado cocinados, platos de patata, soufflésy postres.
No se pueden congelar los siguientes alimentos:
Tipos de verdura que habitualmente se consume cruda, como lechuga o rábano, huevos con cáscara,
uvas, manzanas, peras y melocotones enteros, huevos cocidos, yogur, leche cuajada, crema agria, y
mayonesa.
Envasado de alimentos congelados
Para evitar que los alimentos pierdan su sabor o se deshidraten, coloque los alimentos en envases
herméticos.
1. Coloque los alimentos en envases.
2. Extraiga el aire.
3. Selle el envase.
4. Etiquete el envase con el contenido y la fecha de congelación.
