Zmrazovanie čerstvých potravín
Zmrazujte iba čerstvé a nepoškodené potraviny.
Ak chcete zachovať čo najlepšiu výživovú hodnotu, chuť a farbu, mali by ste zeleninu pred zmrazením
olúpať.
Baklažán, paprika, cuketa a špargľa nevyžaduje predhrievanie.
Poznámka: Udržiavajte potraviny, ktoré majú byť zmrazené s potravinami, ktoré sú už zmrazené.
Nasledujúce potraviny sú vhodné na zmrazenie:
Koláče a pečivo, ryby a morské plody, mäso, divina, hydina, zelenina, ovocie, bylinky, vajcia bez škrupiny,
mliečne výrobky, ako sú syry a maslo, hotové a zostatkové jed, ako sú polievky, dusené mäso, varené
so a ryby, zemiakové pokrmy, suflé a dezerty.
Nasledujúce potraviny nie sú vhodné na zmrazenie:
Tie typy zeleniny, ktoré sa zvyčajne konzumujú v surovom stave, ako je šalát alebo reďkovka, vajcia v
škrupine, hrozno, celé jablká, hrušky a broskyne, natvrdo uvarené vajcia, jogurty, kyslé mlieko, kyslá
smotana a majonéza.
Balenie zmrazených potran
Ak chcete zabrániť tomu, aby jedlo stratilo chuť alebo vyschlo, umiestnite ho do vzduchotesných obalov.
1. Potraviny umiestnite do obalu.
2. Odstráňte vzduch.
3. Utesnite obaly.
4. Na obal označte obsah a dátum zmrazenia.
Vhodné balenie:
Plastové fólie, rúrkové fólie z polyetylénu, hliníkové fólie, mraziacedoby.
Tieto produkty môžete kúpiť v špecializovaných predajniach.
Odporúčaný čas skladovania zmrazených potravín v mrazničke
Tieto časy sa líšia v závislosti od typu jedla. Jedlo, ktoré zmrazíte môžete skladovať od 1 do 12 mesiacov
(pri teplote minimálne -18 °C).
