Important
Install the gas-supply pipe below the supply pipe of the burner and not above the gas-supply pipe. Otherwise
the burner unit can no longer be dismounted. Further we refer to the Operating and Installation Instructions
of the HI-FIRE basic unit.
Mount built-in mantelpiece (see page 5 fig. 1)
Now put the HI-FIRE basic unit upright again and turn the discharge opening (3) into the right direction
backwards or upwards. Then unscrew the six bolts on the side from the HI-FIRE basic unit and slide the
built-in body (2) around the HI-FIRE basic unit and fasten it with the just unscrewed bolts. The mantelpiece
is a bit shorter than the HI-FIRE basic unit in order to ensure the accessibility of the gas pipe.
Mount front (see page 5 fig. 1)
Remove the four bolts at the front side of the HI-FIRE basic unit and attach the front with the four bolts
to the HI-FIRE basic unit as indicated on page 5 fig. 1.
Place the appliance
Put the appliance on its place and turn the appliance to the right height using the adjusting legs and connect
the flue discharge and gas-supply pipe. It is possible to apply a convection set on the built-in unit (2) (available
as accessories) by breaking out the break-away plates (1) and mounting the convection set on this. We
advise for a maximum heat delivery to insulate the built-in cabinet with an inflammable insulating
material. Make sure that the insulating material does not close off the entire built-in part unto the floor.
At the bottom a part must be left open for air supply. After this the appliance can be built in so far that the
frame with the door (6) covers the opening in the fireplace.
Important
The minimum distance between the bottom side of the door and the floor must be 50 mm (this applies to
all built-in situations).
