Poner el botón encendido/apagado (4) en posición “I” para encender la
máquina y averiguar que el depósito esté lleno de agua.
Esperar a que la luz indicadora (14) se encienda. La máquina está lista
para hacer el café.
En primer lugar preparar el café espresso en una taza de capuchino.
CUIDADO: quitar el portafiltro (10) de su alojamiento.
1. Poner el botón vapor (3) en posición “I”. La luz indicadora (15) se
apaga inmediatamente; cuando el vapor está listo para salir, la luz
indicadora (15) se vuelve a encender.
CUIDADO: durante esta fase es posible que una pequeña cantidad
de agua o de vapor salga del alojamiento del portafiltro; esto es normal
y está causado por la evaporación del agua residual en el circuito del
vapor.
2. Llenar un recipiente, posiblemente de metal, con 2 o 3 cm de leche
fresca y fría de nevera.
3. Colocarlo debajo del capuccinador (5), teniendo cuidado con que el
pitón esté sumergido en la leche.
4. Para hacer salir el vapor, girar el botón esférico (16) en sentido
antihorario.
5. A final de la operación girar el botón esférico (16) en sentido horario
y poner el botón (3) en posición “0”.
CUIDADO: PARA PASAR DE LA FUNCIÓN “CAPUCHINO” A LA DE
“ESPRESSO”
Antes de preparar un espresso después del uso del vapor, es necesario
dejar enfriar la máquina.
Poner un recipiente debajo del pitón del capuccinador (5), apagar el
botón (3), llevándolo en posición “0”, luego girar el botón esférico (16)
en sentido antihorario para descargar el vapor residual. Girar nuevamente
el botón esférico (16) en sentido horario.
Luego seguir con las operaciones indicadas en el párrafo “Café Express”.
