7. SPIESEN MET KALFSVLEES EN GROENTEN

Ingrediënten voor 4 personen:
400 g kalfsvlees in blokken gesneden
4 groene paprika’s
2 rode tomaten
4 zilveruitjes
2 courgettes
Ingrediënten voor de marinade:
2 eetlepels brandewijn
1 eetlepels fijngehakte ui
1 teen knoflook
peterselie
peper en zout
Bereiding:
Meng in een kom de brandewijn met gesnipperde ui, knoflook, peterselie, peper en
zout. Snijd het vlees in ongeveer 32 blokken en leg ze in de marinade. Laat 3 uur
rusten en snijd in de tussentijd de tomaat in vieren, halveer de zilveruitjes en snijd de
courgette in 4 dikke plakken en haal 16 vierkante stukken uit de paprika.
Neem 4 spiesen en prik aan elke spies: een stuk paprika, vlees, tomaat, vlees,
courgette, vlees, halve zilverui, vlees, paprika en herhaal.
Bestrijk de spiesen met de marinade en bak ze op een hete gril in 14 minuten onder
regelmatig keren. Haal de spiesen van de grill, bestrijk ze nogmaals met de marinade
en leg ze op een warme serveerschaal. Direct serveren.
