PERFECTE PIZZA’S

Er zijn veel ingrediënten die gebruikt kunnen worden voor een pizzabodem, en de

mogelijkheden om er op te doen zijn eindeloos.

Wanneer u gebruik maakt van kant-en-klare pizzabodems kies dan bodem met een

doorsnede van ongeveer 15 cm.

ALS BODEM TE GEBRUIKEN:

• Cathy’s bijna instant pizzadeeg

• Kant-en-klare pizzabodems als Boboli

• Pitabrood

• Maïs- of tarwebloem tortilla’s

• Tortillabrood (als een tortilla maar dan dikker)

• Stokbrood of broodjes, gehalveerd of in plakken gesneden

• Kant-en-klaar deeg uit het koelvak, pizzadeeg, biscuitdeeg, of bladerdeeg enz.

• Engelse muffins (uitstekend voor mini pizza’s voor de kids en als borrelhapje)

• Bagels

SAUZEN:

• Pizzasaus

• Spaghettisaus

• Alfredosaus

• Romige saladedressings, b.v. Ranch dressing, Caesar, of knoflook

• Roomkaas

GARNERING:

Hiervoor zijn de mogelijkheden eindeloos. Omdat dit uw persoonlijke pizza wordt

kunt u zelf uw keuze maken. Wat u lekker vindt- vindt uw pizza ook lekker.

Voorbelden:

• Gaar warm vlees

• Koud gesneden vlees

• Kaas

• Gekookte groenten

• Olijven

• Champignons

• Dungesneden rauwe groenten

• Tomaten

• Verse kruiden
