Ingrediënten:
1 kop cakemeel
1 ei
½ kop water
vulling naar keuze
1. Zet de verdeelpan in de Xpress Redi-Set-Go.
2. Meng cakemeel, ei en water door elkaar.
3. Spray wat antiaanbakspray in de verdeelpan en verwarm voor.
4. Verdeel het beslag over de verdeelpan met de vulling naar keuze.
5. Bak 7 minuten.
CATHY’S TIP: Voor kleine eenhaps cakejes doet u het beslag in de mini-pan (de
baktijd wordt hierdoor wel korter).
Voor een heerlijke amandelcake voegt u een kokosmacroon, 1 grote of 3 kleine toe,
besprenkelt u met choladesaus en garneert u de cake met amandelen na het bakken.
Cake met caramelreep – doe een caramel reep (b.v. Milky Way, Snickers) in het
midden van het beslag in iedere helft van de verdeelpan voor het bakken. Voor de
mini cakejes gebruikt u minireepjes.
Cake met koekkruimels - Strooi twee verkruimelde koekjes met chocolade over
iedere helft van de verdeelpan voordat u gaat bakken.
