QUICHE LORRAINE:
Aantal porties: 2
Bereidingstijd: 7 minuten
Ingrediënten:
½ (doorsnede ± 22 cm) hartige taartbodem, kant-en-klaar (uit het koelvak),
gehalveerd
1 ei, licht losgeklopt
2 eetlepels gehakte ham
1 eetlepel gesnipperde ui
1 champignon, gehakt
1/3 kop geraspte Zwitserse kaas
½ kop half om half of light room
¼ theelepel knoflookpoeder
1/8 theelepel peper
1/8 theelepel zout
1. Zet de verdeelpan in de Xpress Redi-Set-Go.
2. Doe wat antiaanbakspray in de verdeelpan en verwarm voor.
3. Leg de taartbodem voorzichtig in de beide helften van de verdeelpan en bak 2
minuten.
4. Meng de overige ingrediënten en verdeel het mengsel over de beide helften van
de verdeelpan.
5. Bak 15 minuten tot het mengsel gaar is en u een mes dat u in de quiche steekt er
weer schoon uitkomt.
CATHY’S TIP: Wanneer u een hele quiche wilt maken dan laat u het gebruik van de
verdeelpan achterwege en bereidt u de quiche gewoon in het basisbakgedeelte. Voor
kleine borrelhapjes snijdt u de bodem in kleine cirkels die in de kuiltjes van de mini-
pan passen. Let op: de bereidingstijd wordt bij gebruik van de mini-pan wel korter.
Voor een broccoli-cheddar kaas quiche vervangt u de ham door ¼ gehakte broccoli
en de Zwitserse kaas door cheddar.
Voor een spinazie-Munster kaas quiche vervangt u de ham door ¼ kop gehakte
spinazie en de Zwitserse kaas door de Munster kaas.
